Tenant Move Out Cleanup >> Find Out How To Hire Professional Cleaners

The way notice is delivered is very important. A landlord's notice to quit to a tenant must either be delivered personally, or by registered or certified mail. Tenants are expected to clean the dwelling unit completely, including the bathtubs, toilets, and all appliances.
