These guys are really on top of it. I haven't ever had this kind of A++ experience when calling places like these. Within 5 minutes of my inquiry, they were taking down my address and sent someone out to assess my wood soaked floors within the hour. The guy coming into the house was on time (they even called to let me know he was on his way) and did a thorough and honest assessment of the water damage. He said there would be an estimate in my email that afternoon and by 12pm there certainly was! Very easy to understand and clear outlines of the work needed. The worker they had was clean, professional, and honest. And when the work was done it was if there never was a problem in the first place. I am so glad I called Safedry it was one of the best calls I ever made.

Excellent customer service. Very professional and courteous. I had an issue that needed some follow-up in regards to the plumbing company that was in my house. Safedry went above and beyond to pick up the slack where the Plumbing company failed me. Thank you, Safedry.

We had a flood behind a wall and had black mold growing everywhere. The folks at Safedry saved the day, were prompt and experts at returning our home to its original condition. Thank you Safedry!

So we were living temporarily in China & my daughter came back from visiting at Christmas to water pouring out of the floor boards.....Given the time change I researched online & called early in the morning NY time, & these guys did not disappoint! Got the guys on it in no time & then recommended someone for reconstruction of the cabinets that were ruined in the kitchen. All of this was happening over the 2 months we were still out of the country. Their people were so kind to keep in contact with me & explain the procedures with me and help me make the right decisions long distance - were even gracious enough to talk with me when I was off an hour on the time change & called at 5 am instead of 6 am!! I was a bit concerned about hiring a company sight unseen, but they did a great job fixing & reconstructing & we were able to come home to an almost completed job & it was finished in a very professional manner both before & after we returned home. Safedry also gave me quite a bit of help in working with the insurance adjustor. Huge thanks to Safedry and all of their many, many associates!!

I was super impressed with these guys. They came through clutch for me! I was towards the end of an escrow on a house and almost lost it due to finding a very small mold issue. I needed help fast!!! Like yesterday! They worked over the weekend, even on a Sunday to get the job done!!! AND they were affordable (I compared prices) and pleasant to work with.
I would give them 6 stars if I could. I told them I would write them a review for their service, and this is months overdue (service was in February,) but was busy remodeling an old house and just remembered how much I owed them.
EVERYONE SHOULD KNOW THESE GUYS ARE LEGIT, and if you need any water damage or mold remediation services, just go with them and save yourself any hassle.

We were very pleased with Safedry's services. They came promptly to inspect and create a bid. The crew leaders were courteous, on time, and we could tell they were experienced at the work that they did. Their equipment dried out the place pronto. They removed the water damaged material, and cleaned up (they hauled all our trash away INCLUDING an additional HUGE pile of discards/debris unrelated to their work - bonus!). We also contracted with them for water restoration - drywall repair, texturing, paint, porcelain tile install and we were very satisfied with the results - you cannot tell where the repairs were made. What more can you ask for, we would use them again in a heartbeat.

A way better experience than I thought it would have been, I sustained water/mold damage to my kitchen after my dishwasher broke. I got a hold of a local contractor who referred me to these guys. From the first moment that I spoke to these guys, it was professional.
They arrived shortly after I called them, told me what they needed to do and got to work on it. The crew was clean, efficient and had great attitudes.
I can only hope that the next construction crew has half of the integrity and communication skills that these guys have. If you happen to suffer a mini catastrophe like I did, you can rest assured that you're in good hands with these guys.

It took several months to complete the fire restoration job in our home, but any issues I had with any work, was taken care of immediately and with no complaints. If I ever needed any work like this done again I would definitely want Safedry to do the work. Safedry restoration did everything they could to make me very satisfied. I am 110% satisfied with everything.

Although the nature of this interaction stemmed from an unfortunate incident, the Safedry crew made my family feel that they were devoted to not only restoring our home in a timely manner, but also to reassuring us that no quality would be sacrificed during the project. Their professionalism, customer service and pride in craftsmanship gave us peace of mind throughout the fire restoration process. I commend Safedry for adhering to a supreme standard of excellence. We are thoroughly pleased their service and the final outcome. We are thrilled to be home again after our fire damage disaster.

I had never thought much about a house fire until it happened to me. It is an extremely difficult thing to go through, especially a week before Christmas. Within 5 minutes of the fire department pulling away from our house other restoration companies were knocking on my door. This infuriated me. We had not even had time to process what had just happened to us.
I was referred to Safedry Restoration and was quite pleased with the results. They came out immediately to assess the fire damage and begin the restoration of our home. The project manager held my hand and guided us through the entire process with the utmost professional and courteous attitude. He addressed every concern and question I had both promptly and thoroughly. He even helped me with the insurance company, taking a lot of stress away. Everyone I worked with at Safedry Restoration was extremely courteous and kind.
My house is now cleaner and in better shape than before the fire damage. They even cleaned and moved my Christmas tree without harming one ornament! I would without hesitation recommend Safedry Restoration for fire damage repair needs.

On Saturday morning, May 12, 2012, our world was turned upside down when my wife received a call on her cell from the Springfield Fire Department reporting that our home was on fire. I immediately called my insurance carrier to report this incident, not knowing the extent of the fire damage that I would find when I arrived home. Within minutes, I received a return call from Safedry Restoration who assured me they would have a team onsite that afternoon to assist in the tasks at hand. Their calm demeanor and caring attitude was reassuring and was a foretaste of our experience with the Safedry team over the next 6 months.
I have never encountered a more competent and caring team of individuals in my entire work experience. From the pack out, through repair and restoration of the contents to our ultimate contract with Safedry for construction and renovation, every Safedry employee dealt with us in a professional and sincere fashion.
Safedry Restoration completed a $200,000 job ahead of schedule and on budget!
I commend each of you for a job well done. We are indebted to each of you for making what could have been a trying time, a time of excitement and ultimate satisfaction. We will recommend Safedry to all who will listen.

Safedry Restoration was exactly what we needed. We had a suspicion that we might have mold but as I looked around at different mold inspectors I saw that a lot of them also did remediation. Hmmm... How much you want to bet that at least some of those inspectors find it in their best interest to find mold when none is there? I wanted a true unbiased inspection where we would know if mold was a problem or not. Safedry did an amazing job - took the time to explain what they were doing - inspecting the walls and floors for dampness and taking air samples both in the store and outside as a control. The result was that he found some water leakage but no mold. What a relief! A truly unbiased result that we could trust. I'm so glad we went with Safedry. Thanks, guys!
